Zara declares London pop-up a ‘milestone’

How do you carry on serving customers while your physical store is closed? Fashion retailer Zara launched a pop-up at Westfield Stratford earlier this year to keep its clothes in the front line, while its flagship shop is being refurbished and extended.

Designed primarily for ordering and collecting online orders, the pop-up shop spans 200 m2 and features mirrors with embedded information screens to offer product recommendations.

It’s open until May, when the new store is set to open.

‘This is another milestone in the strategy for integrating our online stores, which defines us as a business company,’ said Pablo Isla, chairman and CEO of Zara.
